Essi's Portfolio

I love to be known as sc8, eights my favorite number, there’s a long story behind that. These are the three most interesting things about me:

1) I can pick stuff up with my toes. Like, not just socks and crap like that but big things. Ashtrays. Ipods. It's a less useful skill than you’d think. 2) I believe when you stop fighting, you stop living. So find your fight, then fight like hell until your battle has won. There is never a time when you'll be more honest, when your convictions are stronger, or when your motives will be more pure than they are right now. Which means you should chase whatever it is that excites you, be confident, and take risks. 3) I could ask 8 people to name one thing about me and they’d all say I am one unique girl! If you want to hunt me down in my natural habitat and get a closer look, I go to Laurier Macdonald High School in Saint Leonard. I go there with my best mate Cyn. You know I've got this theory, there are two kinds of people in the world. There are lyric people and music people. You know, the lyrics people tend to be analytical, you know, all about the meaning of the song. They're the ones you see with the CD insert out like 5 minutes after buying it, pouring over the lyrics, interpreting the hell out of everything. Um, then there’s the music people, like Cyn who could care less for the lyrics as long as its just got like a good beat and you could dance to it. I don’t know, sometimes it might be easier to be a music girl and not a lyric girl. But since I’m not, let me just say this. Sometimes things find you when you need them to find you, I believe that, and for me its usually song lyrics. If there’s one thing I really enjoy doing, it’s painting, you just contemplate about absolutely anything, its wonderful, you let out all your emotions and you don’t need to think twice about it!
